How we get started

Around March of 2020, I matched one of the top residency hospitals in the country and was immediately placed in the front lines to provide urgent care for COVID patients. I had the dog I rescued during medical school with me along with heavily unpaid student loans. No landlords were willing to take pet near hospitals.

Finding an affordable, pet-friendly place to rent from that was also within walking/biking distance from the hospital was very challenging. COVID shut down almost all nearby houses that were listed by agents. The only places that allowed me to rent without house showings were ones with owners who listed their houses as “for sale by owner (FSBO) and for rent by owner (FRBO)”. I was always a strong minded person who grew up never asking for help, but I ended up calling each owner for assistance. I ended up going with a rent-to-buy house, and was able to take dozens of visit for COVID patients daily, resulting in many saved lives. I went on and funded the idea and get everything running, with hopes of bringing life changing experiences for societies to meet ESG responsibilities.

Where we are going

Our growth strategy focuses on user acquisition, property expansion, and leveraging our Gen AI and centralized data platform. By targeting high-potential professionals, collaborating with real estate brokers, and investing in our AI technology and data solutions, we aim to achieve sustainable growth and solidify our position in the market.
